SUPER SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS

The Committee's gamble to take the Championship to Stonecutters Ridge Golf Club in Western Sydney has proved to be an overwhelming success. 85 Starters teed off at 8.30 am after paying just $80 to enjoy a well groomed Greg Norman designed Golf Course with a delicious lunch to follow after the game. Truly great value.

Our thanks must go to all of the staff at Stonecutters who had a hand in making this event a great day to be out on their golf course. Many players complimented our Committee members on how much they enjoyed the day. We have already booked the 6th May 2024 for the running of next years Championship.

We would also like to acknowledge those Golf Clubs who donated a game of golf to the winners of various sections. Thank you for your generosity. We have acknowledged your contribution at the bottom of each page of our website.

Our best scratch winner was Doug Cullam, off 1, from the Monash Country Club with a score of 2 over par,34 points, while the best score overall in the Nett section went to David Hemming from the Gosford Golf Club, off 9, with a score of 39 points. After a lean start on the front nine of 14 points, David really turned up the heat on the back nine with a 1 under par score netting him with 25 points, 39 overall. Well done David. The full result sheet can be found on our website under RESULTS.

My thanks must go to our Committee who made a great contribution to the smooth running of the event. Finally we look forward to seeing you all at this event next year. You have the date so we will see you there on the 6th May 2024.
