A sad day in Super Seniors

It is my very sad duty to inform you all in the Super Senior Pennant that on Monday21st August around 2 pm David Sattout playing for the Brighton Lakes Club suffered a heart attack and died on the 10th Green while representing his club against Bankstown at Cronulla Golf Course. Everything that could be done was carried out within minutes of his attack but alas he could not be revived. A very sad day. I wish to say that the Convenor for Division 5 ,Ian Cowper and the Cronulla Team Manager, Paul Chaplin were most helpful in trying to assist with the situation.

When next you play in Round 6 take some time out to remember one of our own who loved the Pennant dearly and who is no longer with us.
